Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Connetix Brands, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

 

 

 

3. Return Process

 

 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

 

Please include:

 

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

 

 

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

 

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item received was incorrect

  • There was an error on our part

 

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Connetix Brand is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

 

 

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

 

6. Refunds

 

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

 

If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

7. Exchanges
